Nick is a seasoned corporate attorney, impact driven executive and founder. 

His legal and business experience in the technology and the venture capital ecosystem is both broad and deep. He has been part of the leadership teams at numerous technology companies and start-ups backed by leading VCs (including Highland & General Catalyst, Bessemer, Kleiner, Founders Fund, GVV & GoldmanSachs.) 

He began his career in the corporate and venture group at an AMLaw 50 law firm in Boston. His experience includes corporate law, finance, M&A, technology licensing and advising investors and boards on complex strategic matters. His experience includes IPO on the NYSE and co-founding giantgood. 

He also mentors executives through the Ceresa platform and serves on the Board of Goodwill.  When not advising founders, investors and businesses, you can find him outdoors, on his mountain bike or with his family.
