Nick is a seasoned corporate attorney, impact driven executive and founder.

His legal and management experience in the technology and the venture capital ecosystem is both broad and deep.

He has been part of the leadership teams at numbers technology company and start-ups backed by leading VCs (including Highland & General Catalyst, Bessemer, Kleiner, Founders Fund, GVV & Goldman. His experiences includes IPO on the NYSE and co-founding giantgood.

He began his career in the corporate and venture group at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault (AMLaw 50) in Boston.

His experience includes corporate law, finance, M&A, technology licensing and advising investors and boards on complex strategic matters.

He also mentors under-represented startup founders through Seedspot and executives through the Ceresa platform and serves on the Board of Goodwill.

When not advisings founders, investors and tbusiness, you can find him outdoors, on his mountain bike or with his family.
